Personal TrainingPersonal training is a fun way to get fit, lose weight and feel great. Our sessions are tailored to your aims and abilities. They are physically tiring but varied and, above all, enjoyable to do.
You can have as many sessions as you want and as often as you want. We will base the training on things that you enjoy doing. You will train in our indoor private studio which has ample room and different equipment to keep sessions varied and fun. When the weather is nice we have a large outdoor training area which gives a totally different training experience and we even have a couple of large tyres to pull and flip!
Why do Personal Training?You will get one to one training from a professional, fully qualified and insured personal trainer. The focus is on you and what you want to achieve in an environment that is inviting. It is a fun way to improve your fitness doing safe training to your ability level. We won’t just focus on one area but your overall fitness, strength, posture and core. You will find that not only will you feel better but there will be a noticeable difference in your day to day life; you will stand taller, feel healthier and have an improved sense of well being.Our aim is to make every customer feel valued through excellent service. We do this in numerous ways. We never book people back to back so you won’t be rushed in or out. Each session plan is written for you based on the level you are at and things that you enjoy doing. We provide free water and towels for you to use. Our training areas are totally private. We regularly update our knowledge and learn new concepts. We keep our training at an affordable rate so it is open to all, this doesn’t mean we are any less qualified or skilled at what we do, we just want to give value for money.Book a free no obligations meeting where you can come and see the training area, meet us and discuss your aims.
